Currently when you want to have a workflow run on a schedule to repeat yearly, you have to choose monthly and uncheck each month.

It would be nice if there was an option to select Yearly and then choose a specific date or something like the second Thursday of December. It would follow more closely with how other software works and is more user friendly.
