LF Forms - Custom Reports

I have developed a Municipal Enforcement Task Management system using Laserfiche Forms.

 

It has been in use daily since 2021.  We had an idea for an upgrade of tracking activity/tasks completed by the meo's on a complaint. 

 

Re-arranged our form to reflect drop downs for all task types (in a table ) and date in the same line.  

 

When I look at forms custom reports there is no way to group instances based on the data from that table field. It is not selectable at all.  We are looking to report on how many times each is used as a drop down.  One form could have up to 10 tasks completed.  Which is why we used a table to track the tasks that are occurring.

 

Is there any way to get these to show in custom reports? or a better way to capture the activities for auto reporting?  Currently where it saves multiple fields to the repository we can get totals based on searching but we would have to do those searched and then create our own tables.
