Laserfiche Workflow 12 - Workflow Service is Not Licensed Error

We updated our test Laserfiche Workflow Server to version 12 today. The installation update completed successfully and all workflow services are running. However, when we attempt to run any workflows, we receive the message "The workflow service is not licensed. [0645-WF1]". Is there a step we are missing when updating to Workflow 12? See screenshot.

Is this a clean install? If yes, did you configure a monitored repository? If it's an upgrade, are there any monitored repositories already configured? Is their corresponding Laserfiche server properly licensed?

(It will not matter whether the Laserfiche Server is v11 or v12, but it needs to have a valid Avante or Rio license.)

Did you renew your primary license in Laserfiche Directory Server? This might be related to your LFDS primary license not knowing about LF 12 and not being able to license the new version.

Also, did you only update Workflow to version 12?
