Uploading Folders for MAC Users

Hi,

I need a memory refresh - I have an employee who uses MAC and can't upload Folders (with folders within); can this only be done with non-MAC users? Thank you!

This is more a Windows Client vs. Web Client feature.  Using the Windows Client you can import a folder.  The Web Client (which a Mac user can only utilize) does not have the functionality to import a folder.
