I'm running the Laserfiche App on Android (v2024.9.4.1526309) and don't seem able to access forms offline.
Does anyone have any idea if this is supported and how to make forms available offline?
Offline forms are not supported in Laserfiche Cloud at this time.

Did you verify on forms server in the design of your form that you enabled offline viewing?
Open the Form in Design view in the Message Start Event. Half way down the properties you will see a box that you need to check so form can be viewed offline.
In order to view the form offline you must first connect to the form while you are online so it can make offline copy to your device.

I followed the instructions and there is no "Allow user to save form offline in the Laserfiche app" option.
Is it perhaps because I am using Laserfiche Cloud?
Alex that is not part of laserfiche app.
You need to log into your form designer.
Click on the Start Process of the form builder

Yes we realise that is in the form builder and that is exactly where we looked. The option of Offline is not popping up on our end... perhaps there is another piece of config that we are missing on?
