Weblink not downloading subfolders and content when downloading a folder

Weblink users are currently having issues downloading folders that might contain subfolders with content. Seems like only one level of a folder with content can be downloaded and it will not bring over any folders within that folder.

Bug 555631 has been filed for this matter. We'll update this thread when more information is available regarding when the issue may be addressed.

Bug 555631 "[WebLink] Subfolders are not included in exported folders" is currently (tentatively) targeted for 2025 Q2 in Cloud and WebLink 12 (which does not yet have a planned release date) for self-hosted.

Hi, this issue has been fixed at WebLink 11 Update 5.
