I have a user with that regularly saves an on-going draft of his expenses during his 3-week shift.
He has a Directory Server account. When he is required to change is password based on the AD policy we have set internally, he has lost access his expense draft on a couple of occasions. He receives a password error using either the updated or previous password.
Has this happen to anyone else? Is this a bug or by design?

Forms draft not accessible after Windows password change
Replies
Hi Chris,
For "He receives a password error using either the updated or previous password", does it mean that this user could not login to Forms through LFDS after changing password?
The user can log into Forms. It's only the draft that isn't accessible
Then what is the "password error" the user receives? Authenticated user does not need to use password when saving and viewing draft.
Only anonymous users use password on recovering drafts. If the user saved the draft as anonymous user, he need to logout on the browser to view the anonymous draft.
Rui, please disregard this post. It was a misunderstanding on my part on what the user was experiencing.
At the end of the day, the user was submitting the public form anonymously and expecting to see the draft in his Forms Inbox.
