Please can someone help figure this out. 

I have a workflow that sends a notification to two Users each time a document is scanned into the repository. I have a rule set up in the rule manager that will trigger the notification. Before now it worked but suddenly its stopped working.

When I tried to re-set the rules to create a path to the repository, i get the error: User Account Name or Password is incorrect (9010). When I also try to create a rule to select a document template I had created I get the same error.

My Connection profile validates correctly and the Get Metada from is correctly set.
