Way to send email/notification if quickfields did not store all the documents that were processed

We would like to know if it is possible to send an email or reminder if there are any documents that were not stored by Quickfields/Stuck in the session. 

 

We have a classification that sometimes enters a field with invalid characters, and often have to be informed by our document management team to check if anything is stuck in the quickfields session, 

 

Is there a way to automate the process so we know if anything failed to be stored by quickfields?

Yes, there is. See documentation. The " SMTP authentication for Exchange Online" section of the following KB may also be relevant if you are using Office365 to send emails:
