How to hide tab Manage if you don't have access?

Hello community.

In Laserfiche Forms, I would like to know if it is possible to hide the tabs that are forbidden for the user?

For example, I have a user who is a basic user and therefore will never be able to manage processes; in this case, I would like to hide the “Manage” tab.

It's true that he doesn't have the button to create, but what's the point of leaving the tab there?

Hi Olivier,

That's a good question, a basic user is still allowed to see the Manage page because Forms supports granting access rights to a specific business process, if this basic user is Process Administrator role, then Forms should allow this user to edit the bp. We didn't explicitly hide the tab.

Could that be enhanced in a future release?

The Monitor tab is hidden from users that haven't been given sufficient permissions to monitor any processes - couldn't the Design and Manage tabs be hidden the same way for users that don't have sufficient permissions for any processes?
