@████████, thank you for clarifying that. I guess I would change the request to update the user interface so it is clearer what you can do when adding a filter. When you first click on the Add Filter button it displays a drop-down field, which makes it appear that you can only filter based on document extension. I would not have guessed that I could type in my own values because it is a drop-down field. Even a paragraph above the drop-down field with an explanation of what can be done with the field would be great.
