I need to troubleshoot a draft that is not loading for a user but when I try to access it I get this message
I certainly can not ask them for their domain credentials. How can I get access to this draft so that I can see why it is not loading?

To my knowledge you cannot reassign a DRAFT to a new user. You are able to update the email for where the draft is sent but the draft itself is only accessible through the email generated when saved.
We found that users can enter a password when saving a draft making it public and if they do this it locks them out of it while they are logged in. Public drafts are completely inaccessible while logged in, even if they know the password the system gives no option to enter it and just tells them that it was saved under a different user account.
I can not figure out how to prevent this public option. It seems if you enable drafts on a form, it just allows them to either create a public or private draft depending on their login status at the time of visiting the form.

Hi Chad,
Currently only public drafts can be viewed from Monitor -> Drafts tab, the private drafts and task drafts cannot be viewed by others, as we believe they are saved by authenticated users, thus only that user can view it.
