How to create a periodic report of users created or updated in LFDS

Hello,

I have been asked to create, for audit purpose, a weekly report with all the users that have been created or modified in LFDS during the last week.

I know this can be easily done manually, through the LFDS Audit menu, however, my goal would be to automate the report creation, so it would run every week-end and have the result sent over by email (or at least saved it into a file on disk or in a Laserfiche document).

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved ?

Hi Bogdan,

Integrating Directory Server auditing into Laserfiche Audit Trail Reporting is on the product roadmap for the second half of next year. Once that feature exists, you can export the desired audit report on a schedule as a csv or xlsx file using the included PowerShell script and a Windows Scheduled Task.

Not sure it's worth trying to create some method to automate the export from Directory Server itself when a native solution is coming (relatively) soon. 

That said, it's possible some other people here may have SQL scripts they've developed for similar reporting purposes they'd be willing to share.
