Running Windows 10 and Laserfiche 10.4 desktop client.
The user has never been able to see the repositories once the client has launched. Pressing F5 doesn't work. Removing and installing 10.4 client passes dependency checks and seems to install properly. I've rolled out our new AV to the desktop and removed Symantec. Nothing in the Windows logs. I can ping the Laserfiche server from her desktop. I can ping her desktop from the Laserfiche server. Trace route gets to the targets in three hops and resolves the DNS name. User has a full Rio license. I don't really expect a solution based on the information I've provided here, but I'd appreciate if someone would point me in the right direction.
