Excel file locked

I have a user that has a non-LF Excel file opened.

The user will then open an Excel file from a LF repository folder to save it in a separate (non-LF) location.

They will then close the LF file. An entry lock is created and will not allow the user to move the LF doc anywhere within the repository. 

When the non-LF Excel file is closed, THEN the LF Excel file lock releases.   

Any Ideas?

Hi Chris, 

 

What version are you running? I remember a hotfix for this exact issue some time ago in 10.4.3, if you haven't already I'd get upgraded to LF11 and try again.

We are on Version 11. I may reach out to my VAR. Thanks for chiming in on this.
