Hello,

 

Is there anyway to increase this to more than 7 days? Have a customer who would like this expiration increased. Please let me know.

Hi Ali,

My understanding is that Business Tier subscriptions include extended expiration for Direct Share, up to 30 days. Other tiers get the default 7 days. Extended Direct Share duration is not available as an add-on to lower tiers.
