Workflow Schedule Is not triggering Workflow

I have a specific workflow that is set to run on a schedule. For some reason, the workflow is not being triggered as it is designed to be. I've tested a condition for the same workflow, and it is working. Also, schedules are working on other workflows on the same server too. 

 

Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Scheduled workflows create tasks in your Windows Task Scheduler. Check there and you should see the Workflow Name in the description, then check the last run result to see what the error was.

I've had this a couple of times recently, whereby the rule shows as active in the rule manager in workflow, but is disabled in the task scheduler.

Thanks Chad. Unfortunately, the task scheduler did not reveal anything for me. The task was still enabled and, in fact, showed that the task ran successfully.

Hi Lawrence,

 

Just circling back to this, one thing I've noticed a few times. When enabling the starting rules from the rule manager tab, make sure you double click the red cross or green tick to enable/disable the rules. Right clicking it and selecting enable/disable doesn't always work in my experience.
