We recently migrated to Laserfiche Cloud and we had a on-prem Quickfields server. This server was disconnected during the migration and we would like to configure it to work with Laserfiche Cloud.

Following the Laserfiche Administration Guide > Laserfiche Capture Engine > Configure Laserfiche Capture Engine in Quickfields Scanning > It mentions that this is set in Capture Engine which is not installed on the on-prem server and I cannot located the download for it.

Can anyone provide a better guide or information on this process?

Capture Engine is a virtual scanner in Quick Fields. Its settings are available in each Quick Fields session. See help file.

Your Quick Fields Server does not get migrated to Laserfiche Cloud, only your repository does.

I understand that the Quickfields would not be migrated. This seems to be an issue caused by Laserfiche support did not configuring it during migration.

How can the Quickfields session but configured if there is no option for the settings?

Currently, Quick Fields Scanning only shows the option to enter a Quick Fields Server URL. Would this URL be found in Laserfiche Cloud?
