Quick Fields cropping documents without instructions to do so

We have a quickfields session that has documents of 2 different resolutions, 

 

For some reason, when running some documents through the session, quickfields will automatically crop the document

 

Original document: 

After running through Quick Fields: 

 

we do not have any resizing or cropping part of the session. 

 

Has anyone seen this before?

It looks like it is rotated, the rotation pushed symbols out of view but didn't actually cut off any pixels. Do you have a rotation or deskew enabled.

Hello, 

 

This quickfields classification does not have rotate or deskew enabled. 

It is rotating the documents without instruction to do so.

Can't reproduce this situation. If convenient, can you provide the configuration of processes for this session? We can continue to try to reproduce the problem.
