Audit trail report from Forms

asked on October 17, 2024

Hello,

I would like to run an Audit Trail report that would show me the current number of Forms processes that are in progress. Maybe I am not looking in the right spot, but I cannot find in my Audit Trail "Add Event Type" menu, any events from the Forms server, and it only pulls events when the Forms process is finished and the form is filed into the Laserfiche repository.

Laserfiche Audit Trail 11.0.2306.3549

Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 11.0.2311.50564

No, that is for the repository. I recommend reading through the help file link that I sent you and the corresponding Forms Audit Trail pages to get an understanding of how it works for Forms.

Are you referring to running Forms instances? If so, that is not part of Audit Trail for Forms. You can find that information in the Forms Monitor. For a list of the Audit Trail events that are recorded for Forms check out this help file: Configuring Auditing (laserfiche.com)

Is this the menu to select the Forms events I want to pull for a report in Audit Trail?

Or does Audit Trail not have the ability to display Forms events in a report?

I found in the Audit Trail Report that you have to Select the Forms as the source for the Audit Report, and then you can run Audit reports on actions from the Forms server.

Hi Jacob,

Is this what you are looking for?

Forms Administration in the Monitor Tab I can filter by forms still in progress
