Curious if anyone has been able to successfully run a remote worker under a group managed service account.  If yes, what local access permissions and/or special NTFS permissions were necessary?

We are developing a Node solution where files are required to be manipulated on 2 different servers and the only secure way to allow access is via a GMSA account, which I have done successfully with other software packages.
