Importing issues

I imported a document to Laserfiche and it only imported 18 pages of a 139page document and it did not OCR. I tried a couple ways to OCR it and tried reimporting the document and it did the same thing. I am not sure how to fix it. The workflow is not working either. It is supposed to keep it in the folder I put it in not move it. You an see the one I am talking about by going to Board and Commissions/Town/City Council/2020-2029. It should have stayed in the 2024 folder.

If you need direct support, please contact your solution provider.

If you have access to the Workflow Designer, you can search for your document and see if there was another workflow that picked it up and moved. Or check the starting rules to see if the criteria was too broad and picked up this document when it shouldn't have. If you don't have access to your Workflow server, you will need to contact your IT or solution provider for help.
