Gateway Completion Issue

I have a form that is completing but when you look in the monitor it shows that it is still in progress.  Within the instance all steps show completed.  However, if I try and skip I get the first screenshot.  Looking at the gateway task within the instance it shows that it is completed.

This is a new form and is happening every time.  How do I correct it?

I am on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 11.0.2201.20436

I would open a support ticket with your Solution Provider who can reach out to Laserfiche.
