I'm finishing up a Document Routing form and my final hurdle is assigning a template to a file. I create a token with the %(Department) and a %(Document Type). I go to my assign template activity, assign it that token, and save/publish it. If I refresh the page or try to run the process, the token deletes itself from the "Assign the following template".

Has this ever happened to anyone? Is their a fix?
