Annotations in Laserfiche Cloud

How can annotations to PDF docs be included when they are emailed by workflow?

Hi I'm working in laserfiche cloud using import agent to import PDFs as inbound work orders. The client wants to annotate the work order to give instructions to the contractors and have the annotated version emailed through workflow. Import agent is creating pages and it's possible to annotate but how can I select the image page and email it so that the contractor receiving the email can read the annotated version?

I've also tried setting import agent to delete the PDF and just keep the page however workflow does not email the entry.

There is a similar post to this and i think this solution is possible from LF on prem, is there an equivalent in cloud?

The user's settings wouldn't apply to Workflow. You want to specify these in the properties of the email activity. Double-click the attachment to open the Edit Attachment dialog and then click on the "Properties" link at the bottom. Check "Apply Annotations" and select "All Annotations".

Laserfiche Cloud does not support emailing image pages from a workflow at this time.

As anticipated, thanks for the confirmation Miruna. It does suggest a gap in that we can apply a stamp inn a workflow - but not include the annotated version in an email.
