Laserfiche Forms - Issue with Authentication

Greetings, Everyone!

 

I was hoping to get some insight into this error. It occasionally pops up for users and then goes away. It is just something that happens like a hiccup? and is there a way to ensure that the user doesn't have to wait till they can re authenticate?

 

To quickly summarize what happens. Is when they attempt to log in using the Windows authentication button located on the login page, they get an error they have been locked out / can't log in. We are using Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 11.0.2307.40547

I believe this may happen when they have changed their password in AD/LF but haven't changed their local Windows password. The solution is that, whenever they've changed their password, they should be either also changing their local Windows password or logging out and logging back in to their  computer with the updated password so that it is cached locally and passed to LFDS.
