Hello,

In order for the following to happen, can a customer create a Service Principal account to accomplish the connection to Salesforce:

This is connecting to Salesforce, it has nothing to do with Laserfiche Cloud service principals, you need a Salesforce user account.

Does the Salesforce user account need to be able to log into Laserfiche Cloud?
