We have imported 35K email files from outside our agency into our Laserfiche Test repository so far. They are in the system and can be opened like a normal email file which is great. However, we want to add Metadata to these files for searching, is that possible or do we have to OCR and do Full Text searching only?  I have added metadata through Quick Fields on one email so far, but the system does not see it when searching on that Template since the file is electronic and will not generate Laserfiche pages. 

Also, these files will be added to our main repository which uses field searching for all files, can I still do full-text searching in this repository as well and if so, do I need to configure the search catalog to accept full-text?
