Question

Laserfiche Cloud Inactivity Session Cookies??

asked on September 24, 2024

Hello,

Does Laserfiche have an inactivity timeout session cookie for the Web Client?  If so, can anyone tell me what the default cookie would be.

If not is there a way a Laserfiche Cloud Admin can set timeouts for users in the Laserfiche Account Administration Console?

Thanks,

Jeff

Laserfiche Cloud ACS (Account Control System - the login service) tokens have a 12-hour expiration. This is not configurable. These ACS auth tokens are consumed by other Laserfiche Cloud component services like Web Client and Forms. I'm not aware of any other user session timeouts.
