Is there a way to enable access rights to a custom report by using a team instead of individual users? I have a burn permit report and the members who need access keep changing. Since we have teams set up, it would be advantageous to just assign it by team.

Hi Mary,

Forms team is not supported yet when assign report access in self-hosted. You may use directory server group as workaround if possible.

Hi Mary Lou,

Yes, you can just start typing the name of the team in the 'Visible to' box on your report edit screen and it should show up to be available to choose. This will make it viewable io everyone on the team though.

I had a thought after I said I couldn't pull teams. I checked to see if I could pull teams from directory server. I can.

I cannot pull teams I made in Forms only.
