Repositories not displaying in Admin Console (however are in client)

We have 2 repositories:

1. Production

2. Test

We have not used the test repository in a while so it may have fallen off my radar. However, today, I needed to test a new folder structure and wanted to do it in our test environment.

"Test" is available in the Laserfiche client, however in "Read-Only" mode. "Production" is available and is operating as expected.

"Production" is only available in the Administration Console.

I am not sure why/how the "Test" repository dropped off of the Admin console. I have opened a ticket with our support vendor as I'm not comfortable trying to poke around with the "Register New Repository" task and I'm not sure that is really what is happening here.

Any thoughts?

I will post the answer after our vendor assists.

This is Laserfiche 11, self-hosted.

So the Laserfiche Windows Client shows the repository and you can log into it? If that's the case, it's likely registered to a different Laserfiche Server than your production one?

Or did you mean you only see if in the list? If this is the case, what happens when you try to open it?

You'll want to register the repository in the Administration Console.  Right Click the Repositories branch and go to All Tasks - Register Repository
