Trying to Autoname an import with metadata

Been away from LF for several years, but back into it now and running into an autonaming issue. When scanning, I use tokens from the metadata for the Document Name. When I pulled that same naming structure into an import profile, it's not working.

Even after entering metadata, when I save the imported file, I'm getting this as the Document Name:

%(Fields.Last Name), %(Fields.First Name) - %(Fields.Document)

I'm sure it's something simple, but what am I missing?

Click the arrow next to the "Document name:" field in your screenshot. That will show you the available fields you can use. I believe you cannot use fields because the metadata will not have yet been saved to the document. You'd need to use a workflow to rename them after they are saved to the repository and have the metadata.
