Laserfiche error 9153

We are having issues with users being locked out of Laserfiche from entering their username/password incorrectly.  One of the error messages coming up is 9153 but we can't find out what that error message means, it does not come up for us when searching on line.

 

What is error 9153?

9153: Account locked: Too many unsuccessful log in attempts.

You have exceeded the maximum number of allowed login failures.

Laserfiche is configured to automatically lock an account after a certain number of consecutive failed login attempts and you have exceeded the limit.

Try the following:

  • Please contact your Laserfiche administrator for assistance. The administrator can use the Laserfiche Administration Console to unlock your account.
