Form not submitting

We have a form that is occasionally not submitting. When the user clicks submit, the form freezes and submit button grays out. We are on prem version 11. Has anyone experienced this and/or have suggestions?

This sounds like a severe issue, could you open a support ticket for a further look ASAP?

Are you certain the button is not grey before being clicked? We have some JavaScript coding to disable the ability to submit if certain fields are not populated or if the values input in certain fields do not match. The button appears on the form, but it is grey and does not function when clicked.

It greys out after clicking, but the form doesn't submit. It also only happens occasionally.

Is there any js error after clicking the submit button? Is there any error in event viewer?

This sounds like a bug. What is the exact Forms version? Do you have any iframe embedded on the form? The error seems it's related to a hidden field on your form. I'd suggest contact your SP to open a support case for you, and provide us the bp you are using, it could be some unwanted field or value that caused this error.
