Is it possible or does anyone have any experience with getting reports of Forms and/or Workflows that were published in the past year?  Is this something you can grab directly from the software or possibly from a SQL query?

For goals and such, we're interested in these numbers and hoping to not have to look one by one or try to remember.  Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
