I have a client that has retention set on their folders. When the event date is set the record is closed and you can't edit any of the records within the folder. I have adjusted the event date to only be set when the document is ready for disposition however the client is still unable to move pages to another record. The user has all rights and privileges as they are an admin. However, when the event date is not set the system is removing the ability to delete document pages. The move pages request moves the pages from document then deletes them in the original document. So, this is why the client is getting the access denied. Is there a way to adjust this setting to allow the user to delete record document pages? They have the right to delete the entire document, why not the pages?

Any work arounds? The only one I can think of is to have the client copy the pages to the other record document, then delete the entire original document.
