Is there a way to prevent forms creating blank pages on forms after submission?

Hi there,

Sometimes when a form is submitted, it creates a second blank page or page with information bleeded into the next page from the first page, in repository after submission. I'm not sure why this happens. Is there any way to prevent this and have a consolidated one form page when its saved to repository? Would it take a javascript code? If so, what would be the code?

We are using LF 11 11.0.2212.30987, modern form designer.

Hi Onur,

Could you open a support ticket and provide your business process to test? I think this cound be because after fields are filled, the form length happens to exceed 1 page's size so it auto extends to second page with some invisible elements in the blank area.

Hi Zhiyong,

Thank you for your answer, sure I can do that but as a user can I open a ticket directly to Laserfiche or should I speak with my solution provider instead? Thanks
