We use Forms for various processes and some of those are simple processes where there are a few approvals happening and then an email is being sent to the requester notifying them of the decision.
While writing the body of an email within Forms is great, it's hard to control the formatting. We would like the ability in an Email activity to attach a file, other than the form. In our case it would be a PDF with specific information on a company letter head created by our marketing team.
We do realize we could do this utilizing Workflow, but we would rather keep the process simple and just use Forms.
