Hello Everyone,

Please I need help on this one

I am trying to create a weekly schedule using LF Forms. The forms schedule will be reviewed between two officers who will go back and forth on the form. When the 2 okays their own review, the form is then sent to a 3rd person for preliminary approval. This 3rd Officer can further review and revert with own comments If he approves, the schedule then goes to the 4th person who can review further, revert or give final approval. But the process ends when the 4th person approves the draft schedule.

How do I sent this up so that the first 2 people only review, the 3rd person gives preliminary approval and the final approval is with the 4th person.

When you say the 2 reviewers go back and forth, will they be sending the form back and forth with in Laserfiche or will they review their own copy, and both have to approve before it moves to the Preliminary review?

It's unclear on what you're trying to accomplish and what you are struggling with. I suggest mapping out your understanding of the process before attempting to create it in Forms.

What does this mean? How is it different from an approval task?
