We have this process that post documents to the web depending on a value in the template metadata ( ATW = "YES").  We can not turn on the recycle bin because this app will store those documents from the recycle bin to the web.  Is there a way for a workflow to be created that can run against the recycle bin and check the template metadata, change that template metadata ( ATW = "NO" ) so this app will not post these documents to the web.
