Has anyone tried to incorporate audio in their form?

We are using Forms 11 with Classic Designer.

I have been requested to add an audible alert in addition to a visual alert we are currently using that would kick off when a certain criteria is met on a form.  The visual alert is working fine - a simple color change.  Has anyone used an audible alert that would play when certain criteria is met?

I didn't test myself but find some post to realize it with javascript, like https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24749082/javascript-how-to-custom-notification-sound, you can give a try or wait for others share their solutions.
