Populate fixed row table

I have a fixed row table where there first column lists the various trades people. Is there a way outside of Java (on base version of 11 and don't have Java in new designer) to have this list populated so they dont have to type it in everytime.

The Only way to accomplish that outside of JS would be to create a DataTable and load those fields as a Lookup, or use the ROW Label feature to identify the ROW. FYI, If you use the ROW Label, there is no connection to the Data as the ROW labels are not accessible as a variable.
