I have a form that is routed to 1 of 3 people, based on the state selected in the form. We do monitor all the pending forms and can see them sitting there.  

My issue is that one of these people were on leave and the form sat there until the customer called seeking an update.

My questions are: Can Forms automatically reassign a task to a different user after a set number of days, or is this functionally only manual?
