There have been several posts on Answers over the years asking for a way to track how many people have accessed a specific entry in a repository or have accessed a specific form in Laserfiche Forms.
In the repository we have Audit Trail, but having Audit Trail record how many times an entry has been accessed can be a heavy tax on the system resources. In Forms we have Monitor, but there are some forms that are just informational and are never submitted.
It would be great if the Laserfiche web products had a native integration with Google Analytics to be able to track this information. Granted that means it would not work if using the Windows Client, but it's still a step closer to getting the information that users are asking for.
By native integration, I am referring to Laserfiche including the necessary code on all pages and having a field on the configuration pages of the web products where the admin would just need to enter the Google Tag ID.
