You should be able to find any locally saved profiles here:

C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Connector\Profiles

They are just XML files, so you can easily copy them to other machines.

In our environment, we set all the workstations to have an external profile location on the server (Configuration > Options > Loan profiles from the following path) and I place all the XML files there - that allows all of our users to have access to the full library of profiles we have created, and updates are easy since I just have to load the new XML files to that one server location.
