Can I test a change to see if the metadata or document has changed?

Hi all,

When a document change triggers a self-hosted Workflow, is there a flag that I can use to test to see if the metadata or document has changed?

Hi Ben, 
Try use more accurate conditions to trigger workflow? e.g. "Tag Assigned", "Template Assigned"
