Question

Workflow has little "red" X's

asked on August 12, 2024

This workflow is not used often, however it now has little "red" X's next to Activities. Is there a way to see the reason for the error without running the workflow?

That's the representation of "Conditional Parallel" to indicate that it will go through the branches where the conditions are satisfied. It's the activity's icon like the little gold coin is the icon for Assign Tokens.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I ran a couple of tests and no errors were thrown.

It is difficult to see unless you zoom in on the screenshot. The red X's are you saying they will go away once the condition is met and they should be there?

No, Miruna is saying that is an intentional icon to represent the activity. There is no "going away". Each activity has an icon. This is just how it looks and does not represent whether it is working or not working. You wouldn't be able to see once a condition is met or not in the workflow editor anyway; you can only see that when you open the details of a workflow instance.
