Forms 11 Update 5 Hotfix 1014514 Failed

I am trying to install Forms 11 Update 5 Hotfix 1014514 on one of my web servers and immediately after clicking the Update button it says, "Update failed.". Is there a log that I could look at to determine why? What would cause it to fail?

Hi Blake,

You can use command tool to run this updater, and enable logging by passing the parameter, like -l c:\logs, then after generate the log, send it to us for check. Also can you find any log in event viewer under Windows>Application and Forms nodes?

The application log didn't have any entries related to the updater. I ran it using the command line as you mentioned, and it stated that it was unable to extract the files. I downloaded the updater again and it executed correctly.
