Within the past week or two (users just opened a support ticket about this issue) when users try searching using the main search box on the main page of WebLink, it shows the Results interface and shows the spinning icon for around 5 minutes before showing any results. We are able to replicate the issue during our testing on each of our 3 WebLink servers that are running WebLink version 11.0.2307.136.
On each of the WebLink servers the Search Types enabled are Entry names and Fields. We do have custom search forms created and if using those the search results come back almost immediately. We are not seeing any errors in the logs during the time we perform the searches. Any ideas?
