Tokens from previous activities not available for Assign Rights activity

Greetings All,

I’m having an issue with the Assign Rights activity in Workflow. I’m running Workflow 10.4.0.131.

I have groups for personal folders and each group is assigned rights on the group level and folder level. I am trying to change the permissions on the folder level.

Hi, Jerry!

Not quite sure what you're asking. The screenshot shows the dialog to select an entry, not tokens. There are no activities that generate entries before Assign Rights in your screenshot, so only the start entry is available. That looks correct to me.

If you want to make any of those folders available to this workflow, you'd need it to either be the starting entry or you'd need a Find Entry to get a hold of them so subsequent activities can access it.

(side note: while not the cause of what you're seeing, please upgrade to a more recent version of Workflow)

Hey there Miruna, I'm just getting a chance to review your reply. I see what you are saying. I guess I was a little bit close to the flame and didn't see the impending fire. I will need to restructure the workflow.

Also, you are correct on the upgrade, we are working on it right now.
